The Game Mode is a feature within Windows 10 that attempts to free up system resources in order to boost gaming performance. The second would focus on Nvidia/AMD Settings, and the third is the major ones, which includes Borderlands 3 Settings itself. Both run 2560x1440 and both work fine in windows. So I decided to check out Fallout 76 since it dropped on gamepass recently andholy shit it's a mess there? I'm not sure if the Steam version is just different or what, but the game gets super weird about running off any drive other than the one where Windows is installed and the framerate is absolutely terrible (I have a 1080 Ti and it seemed to be running at a stuttery 40ish fps).
